1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing any section of the wk444 website, or placing any wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding between you (the user) and wk444.

If you are using the platform on behalf of any organisation or third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms. If you lack such authority, you must not proceed with registration or continued use.

• You must be a human individual acting in your own personal capacity. Registration by automated means, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Any attempt to register using false, misleading, or another person's identity is grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any wk444 staff member. Employees and associated persons are expressly prohibited from participating in real-money gameplay on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the wk444 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. To create an account, you must complete the registration form with your genuine personal details, including a valid mobile number and email address.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. wk444 may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wk444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure.
• You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Using outdated or incorrect contact details may delay withdrawals and affect the security of your account.
• wk444 may close or suspend any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity, without prior notice and without liability.

Players are encouraged to set a strong, unique password for their wk444 account and to enable any available two-factor authentication options to further protect their funds and personal data.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

wk444 supports fast and secure transactions for players in Bangladesh through locally trusted payment channels. The following rules govern all financial activity on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladesh bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any funds received from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated player account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review. wk444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate disqualification and account closure.

Any player suspected of prohibited conduct will have their account placed under review, with games suspended pending investigation. Decisions made by wk444 in respect of fair play violations are final.
